I love that I am left handed because I am unique
Heard about you on “Stuff You Should Know ” podcast.
On both sides of family no left-handers…only myself and my only sibling…my brother. We were both fortunate to never have been pressured to become “righties”.
When in the first grade in 1959, my first grade teacher chastised me and attempted to force me to write right handed. She was the only educator who tried to force this change. I am somewhat ambidextrous although I always write left handed, play guitar right handed due to the ease of fretting with my left hand. I don’t believe I could fret chords with my right hand.
I’m so happy to become part of this.are there any left-handed meetups.travel. events .conventions etc
I’m left-handed for everything except for kicking a ball and playing the guitar. Proud to be a “southpaw”
Good for us!
I am left handed and I rarely see anyone like me
Me emociona, no sabia que existia el Club de los Zurdos
Me encanta la idea de un club se zurdos.
I’m a proud South Paw. As I’ve gotten older I’ve found that I can now do things with my right hand as well. One thing I do really well is crochet with my right hand. Only reason I ended up that way, is because I never knew that there is a way to crochet left handed. Which I probably should learn to do. Just as soon as I get over my stubbornness on changing my ways. Also years ago I use to volunteer at my local hospital’s gift shop. All women volunteers. Out of the ten women there. Five of us were left handed. That was an awesome moment for me.
